Why Earthing(Grounding) of equipment required or compulsory?
If Earthing not connect in any equipment Live or hot or phase wire cut and it touch the equipment body then any one touch it and make shock
OR
If Earthing not connect in any equipment Live or hot or phase wire cut and it touch on circuit make short circuit and may be equipment can damage .
Now Earthing connect in any equipment upper 2 case not make short circuit and shock go to earth and safe u and your equipment also so Plz in any equipment or any wiring connect earthing wire compulsory.
